What we collect
When you submit a consultation enquiry through this website we collect: your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you are interested in, preferred location, preferred day, your message, the page you submitted from, any UTM parameters present in the URL, the time you gave consent and a non-identifying hash of your IP address for spam protection.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
- To keep an internal record of enquiries
- To prevent abuse of the form (rate limiting)
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Please do not send confidential medical information
The website enquiry form is for first contact only. Please do not include detailed medical history or sensitive health information here. A full medical history is taken in person during your free consultation.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to provide our service and meet our regulatory obligations, then deleted. Clinical records taken during treatment are kept in accordance with applicable UK record-keeping standards.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Email aestheticclinicbycryss@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
